Free inspections
Our roof inspections are free and carry no obligation. A free inspection is an assessment — it is not a contract for work, and you are under no obligation to hire us afterward.
Estimates vs. quotes
Any pricing ranges published on this website (including our cost guides) are market estimates for illustration only — they are not quotes and not offers. A binding price is only ever given in writing after an on-roof inspection of your specific roof, and is valid for the period stated on the written quote.
Scheduling and access
When you book an inspection, we will confirm a time window and arrive within it. Please ensure we have safe access to your property, including gates and pets secured. If you need to reschedule, call us as early as you can at (918) 309-6127.
Emergency work
Emergency tarping and emergency repairs are performed to stop active water intrusion and stabilize the situation. Emergency work is billed for the work performed; any permanent repair or replacement is quoted separately afterward.
Insurance claims
We document storm damage in the format adjusters expect and can meet your adjuster on-site, but we are not a public adjuster and do not negotiate claims on your behalf. Coverage decisions belong to your insurer and your policy terms.
